This document applies to all members and attendees to ensure an atmosphere of respect and nobility. It was created to protect our unity and club values at every gathering. Use it as a quick guide to enjoy our time together, always understanding which specific behaviors define a true Madridista and represent our crest with honor at all club events.

What Binds Us
- Kindness toward all members. White pride at every event or trip. Care for our headquarters as if it were your home. Zero tolerance for insults, fighting, or discrimination.
Being a Madridista is synonymous with sportsmanship. At Peña Madridista San Antonio, we ensure that every member feels safe and respected. We do not accept behaviors that stain our name or that of Real Madrid. Our goal is to share our passion in a peaceful space, where the only rivalry is on the field of play. Our crest represents honor at every turn.
Our Conflict Resolution Way
How we solve things
- If a serious issue arises, we initiate a formal dialogue. You are notified immediately. You have 15 days to provide your statement. We review everything fairly. A clear written decision is then sent to you.
Fairness is our priority. In case of a misunderstanding or fault, we speak first. You have the right to explain and defend yourself because here, we are family. An impartial instructor will analyze the facts to propose the best solution, always aiming to protect our club's harmony and ensuring that no member is ever judged without being heard first.

- Upholding order for every member. Complete fairness and transparency in all disciplinary steps.
Regulations ensure an equal experience for everyone. Disregarding them impacts our whole community. Therefore, clear measures are taken if anyone breaks our code of conduct. Our goal is never to punish, but rather to uphold the standard of excellence that the Real Madrid crest demands of each and every one of us.

- Acting with politeness. Caring for our home and trophies. Setting a sample for youth.
In our club, respect is non-negotiable. Whether watching a final or at dinner, your conduct should be flawless. Any disrespect or intentional property damage is strictly forbidden. We are Madridismo ambassadors in Texas and must act with honor at any time and in any place.

- Fact-based investigations. Your voice matters. Review of the actual events.
We only initiate a formal process when necessary. We guarantee you can present evidence and speak your mind. Decisions are never made lightly or based on favoritism; we rely on facts so that justice always prevails within our local group of close friends.
⚠️ Types of Sanctions
- Written or verbal warnings. Temporary bans. Permanent expulsion for extreme violations.
Measures depend on the offense. We might give a warning, suspend attendance at events for a few weeks, or say a final goodbye if the fault is a grave offense against the club or Real Madrid. We want everyone here, but only if the established rules are followed.
📣 Your Right to Appeal
- Report misconduct. Dispute unfair decisions. Peer review by fellow members.
If you witness bad behavior, please notify us. It is your duty to protect the club. If you receive a sanction you believe is unfair, you may appeal to the Assembly. We want you to feel heard and know the rules also exist to protect you.
Reporting is easy
- Your messages are private. Zero retaliation. We reply within two weeks. You always have the right to share your view.
Claims and Appeals
Transparency strengthens us. If you notice misconduct by another member, please use our official channels to report it confidently. The Ethics Committee will investigate thoroughly.
Not satisfied with a ruling? You have 5 days to submit a formal appeal detailing your reasons. We will review it manually with the Board of Directors to guarantee that any action taken is fair and proportional. At Peña Madridista San Antonio, we play fair.
